Software Product: WBfilter - Wideband bandpass Filter

Atlanta RF Software offers RF/microwave CAE software product: WBfilter, which performs synthesis of the electrical circuit, synthesis of the dimensional circuit and frequency analysis of multi-section Wide Bandwidth Bandpass Filters realized as quarter-wavelength short-circuited stubs separated by quarter-wavelength connecting lines constructed in stripline or microstrip. Some product features:

1. Synthesis of multi-section Wideband Bandpass Filter designs:
   1. Synthesis of Electrical circuit: Impedance (Zi) for each section.
   2. Synthesis of the Distributed circuit: Line Widths (W) & Line Lengths (L).
   3. Synthesis of two popular design approaches:
      1. Design per George Matthaei.
      2. Design per Ed Cristal.
2. Synthesis of various Filter Design Options:
   1. Chebyshev or Butterworth type frequency response.
   2. Construction in Stripline or Microstrip.
   3. Prototype Lowpass Circuit Elements included.
3. Frequency Analysis response profile of:
   1. Input VSWR and Thru-path Insertion Loss.
   2. Higher-order TE11 modes.
4. Default values for each User-entered input data.
5. Output Data stored on your hard drive for graphical plots.
